This year, we’re welcoming a powerful new addition to our production floor: the Koenig & Bauer Rapida 145, a 57-inch, seven-color large-format press. This investment represents a major leap forward in both technology and efficiency, reinforcing our role as North America’s largest best-in-class supplier of litho labels and top sheets.

It’s equipped with the latest in automation and quality control, helping us meet even the most complex client demands while reducing lead times and maintaining precision across every project.

In fact, the new Rapida 145 is replacing two legacy machines, consolidating our capabilities and dramatically boosting efficiency. It also features advanced UV technology and a tower coater, enabling us to offer unique, high-end finishing effects that help our clients’ brands stand out on the shelf.

Our teams will now be supported by Koenig & Bauer’s PressWatch and SpeedWatch systems — tools that provide real-time performance insights, identify opportunities for optimization, and help us get the most out of every run. These systems will play a critical role in improving overall equipment effectiveness and streamlining our pressroom operations.
According to Joseph Morelli, EVP of Sales & Marketing, the UV capabilities and advanced coating options also open new creative doors: “Our clients are always looking for that special ‘wow’ factor. With this technology, we’re giving them the tools to achieve it.”
